INTRODUCTORY OFFERS

  • Any introductory offer made by CLUB AMPM may only be purchased by new clients who have not yet attended the studio.

  • Introductory Offers will be valid for specified terms, usually expressed in days. The term of the Introductory Offer will commence on the date of your first visit.

  • No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions are offered on unused portions of any Introductory Offer due to illness, injury, change of address or any other reason.

  • If clients are found to be purchasing the introductory offer more than once, CLUB AMPM reserves the right to suspend the use of this class pack and charge any additional class costs that may have incurred. 

FOUNDATION MEMBERSHIPS

  • There is no minimum term of the Foundation Weekly Auto Pay Unlimited Membership. The term of the Foundation Unlimited Membership commences on the date that you purchase the membership or such other date as agreed by CLUB AMPM.

  • The membership will continue until you advise CLUB AMPM via email at hello@clubampm.com.au to cancel the membership. Seven days notice is required to process the cancellation.

  • Weekly Auto Pay Memberships can be suspended for minimum 1 week and maximum of 12 weeks via email to hello@clubampm.com.au. Memberships can be suspended for a maximum 12 weeks per year. Please allow 72 hours to process membership suspensions.

  • Membership fees will be charged to your nominated credit card or bank account on a weekly basis via our third party biller.

  • Failed membership payments will incur a $10 fee for every day the payment fails to process. This fee will be processed as a debit on the clients Momence account which will be processed with the membership payment. 

  • Memberships may be subject to price increase but will be communicated in writing four weeks prior to any change.

  • If an auto debit cannot be made for any reason, CLUB AMPM may in its absolute discretion, process payment anytime after the due date upon receipt of sufficient monies in your account. All failed payments will incur an additional $10 fee for every day that the payment fails to process.

MEMBERSHIPS

  • There is no minimum term of any Weekly Auto Pay Membership. The term of the Membership commences on the date that you purchase the membership or such other date as agreed by CLUB AMPM.

  • The membership will continue until you advise CLUB AMPM via email at hello@clubampm.com.au to cancel the membership. Seven days notice is required to process the cancellation.

  • Weekly Auto Pay Memberships can be suspended for minimum 1 week and maximum of 8 weeks via email to hello@clubampm.com.au. Memberships can be suspended for a maximum 8 weeks per year. Please allow 72 hours to process membership suspensions.

  • Membership fees will be charged to your nominated credit card or bank account on a weekly basis via our third party biller.

CLASS PACKS

  • 5 Class Pack: These packs have the option to either expire in 1 or 3 months of the first class that you attend after your purchase of the pass, your choice at the point of checkout. No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions are offered on unused portions of the 5 Class Pack due to illness, injury, change of address or any other reason.

  • 10 Class Pack: These packs have the option to either expire in 1 or 3 months of the first class that you attend after your purchase of the pass, your choice at the point of checkout. No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions are offered on unused portions of the 10 Class Pack due to illness, injury, change of address or any other reason.

  • 20 Class Pack: These packs expire in 6 months of the first class that you attend after your purchase of the pass. No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions are offered on unused portions of the 20 Class Pack due to illness, injury, change of address or any other reason.

  • Any cancellations after the 9 hour mark will be considered a Late Cancel. 
    If you do not cancel your class and you do not attend, you will be considered a No Show. 


    +9 HOURS BEFORE CLASS = $0 FEE
    If you can no longer make your class, cancel your booking at least 9 hours before the class start time. You won’t forfeit the session or pay a fee.

    -9 HOURS BEFORE CLASS = $0
    If you cancel within 9 hours of the class start time, you will forfeit the session.

    NO SHOW = FORFEIT CLASS + $15 CANCELLATION FEE
    If you don’t cancel your class prior to the class start time and do not attend, you will forfeit your session and be charged a one-off cancellation fee of $15. 

    All Unlimited Membership / Unlimited Pack holders will incur an additional $10 late cancellation fee.

    Intro Offer and Drop-In holders won’t incur any fees.

    Cancellation fees will be applied every 24 - 48 hours

  • When a spot in the class becomes available, the system will automatically send an SMS to the first person on the waitlist, asking you to confirm that you want to be booked into the class. 

    You have 20 minutes to confirm if you want to be booked into the class before the system moves to the next person on the waitlist. 

    The system won’t automatically text any clients one at a time after the waitlist cut-off which is 2 hours prior to class start time. Customers who don’t have a phone number on file will be contacted via email.

    Less than 2 hours prior to class start time, a message will be sent out to all remaining clients on the waitlist and the first person to respond, accepting their spot will be added to the class.

  • Pregnant from up to 16 weeks: You can continue to attend any AM:PM Reformer CLUB class as normal.

    Pregnant from 16 weeks onwards: If your pregnancy is uncomplicated and you feel up to it, you are welcome to continue to attend any of our AM:PM Reformer CLUB classes throughout your pregnancy. Prior to doing so, we require you to email us to organise a 1:1 reformer session with a Senior CLUB Trainer so they can guide you through the current prenatal guidelines allowing you to move safely with your bump throughout the remainder of your pregnancy.

    This will ensure that you have the required pregnancy related information to allow you to continue to attend group classes safely. Our talented team of instructors can offer prenatal specific options and alternatives to help guide you through your class and we have introduced a range of pregnancy specific equipment to make your class more comfortable if needed.

    Pregnant clients are NOT permitted in the hot mat room for pilates or yoga classes.

    Pregnant clients are NOT permitted to attend Jump CLUB sessions.

    In adherence to our commitment to ensuring the well being of our members, trainers have the discretion to turn away pregnant women from group sessions, particularly hot mat or hot yoga sessions, or if the mandatory private session addressing pregnancy-specific considerations has not been completed. This policy is implemented to prioritise the safety and health of both the expectant mother and her unborn child, as well as to provide individualised attention in accordance with their unique needs. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a secure and supportive environment for all our members.

  • We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorised access, modification, disclosure, alteration, or destruction we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

    However, you should keep in mind that the transmission of information over the Internet is not completely secure or error-free. In particular, e-mails sent to or from our website may not be secure, and you should therefore take special care in deciding what information you send to Club AMPM via email. Club AMPM may collect the following information:

    • Name

    • Contact information including email address

    • Date of birth

    • Emergency contact person

    • Credit card details

    • Payment history

    • Demographic information such as postcode

    • Other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers

    • Sensitive information


  • CLUB AMPM are not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason, or in the event you are unable to attend a class because it is full.

    All purchases are final and Club AMPM does not offer refunds on services or products for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason.

    All passes and memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared.

    Clients must be a minimum of 16 years old to attend.


  • CLUB AMPM are not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason, or in the event you are unable to attend a class because it is full.

    All purchases are final and CLUB AMPM does not offer refunds on services or products for change of mind. CLUB AM:PM reserves the right to offer refunds for injury or illness if a medical certificate is provided.

    All passes and memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared.
