Discovering this connection and recognising that movement is about more than just the physical is part of our ‘why’.
We want you to move in a way that’s authentic and your own. One that’s playful and curious and most importantly sparks a sense of joy.

We don’t take ourselves too seriously so let's prioritise having fun while we move together.
Forget everything you thought you knew about clubs. Exclusivity? Excuse us, but it’s out. We’re for saying “no” to secret passwords and “yes” to Inclusivity, community and connection. It’s your time.
And you deserve to feel welcome, seen and celebrated. We think it’s important to have a good time while we move together and we don’t take ourselves too seriously.

We move in the CLUB because it feels good. We like to work hard but we also know that what feels good for your body can change day to day.
If today you‘re here to roll around on the mat for 45 minutes and hide from your kids, and tomorrow you want to take your flying splits to the next level, we’re here to facilitate that.

In the CLUB we take progress over perfection, any day. Growth is when we learn the most about ourselves.
